The electric air heater is mainly used to heat the required air flow from the initial temperature to the required air temperature, up to 850 ℃. It has been widely used in aerospace, weapon industry, chemical industry and many other scientific research and production laboratories in Colleges and universities. It is especially suitable for automatic temperature control and large flow high temperature combined system and accessory test. Electric air heater can be used in a wide range: it can heat any gas, and the hot air produced is dry, non moisture, non-conductive, non combustion, non explosion, no chemical corrosion, no pollution, safe and reliable, and the temperature of heated space is fast (controllable).

The air duct electric heater is mainly used for air heating in the air duct. The specifications are divided into three forms: low temperature, medium temperature and high temperature. The common feature in the structure is that the steel plate is used to support the electric heating tube to reduce the vibration of the electric heating tube. The junction box is equipped with an over temperature control device. In addition to over temperature protection, a combined device must be added between the fan and the heater to ensure the start of the electric heater. After the fan is started, a differential pressure device must be added before and after the heater to prevent the fan from failure. Generally, the gas pressure heated by the channel heater should not exceed 0.3kg/cm2. If it exceeds the above pressure specification, please select the circulating electric heater, low pressure The gas heating temperature of temperature type heater shall not exceed 160 ℃, that of medium temperature type heater shall not exceed 260 ℃, and that of high temperature type heater shall not exceed 500 ℃.
