Causes of heating tube explosion of electric boiler

The reason of electric boiler heating pipe burst is as follows

1、 In the process of using electric boiler heating tube, the voltage is unstable. If the voltage increases and the current increases, the heating tube will break down.

2、 In the process of using electric boiler heating tube, dehydration will also cause heating tube breakdown;

3、 If the temperature control system fails, the heating tube will break down;

4、 Electric boiler heating tube surface scaling, to a certain extent, heat dissipation is not good, will also cause heating tube breakdown;

The following are the voltage and power standards for heating tubes of electric boilers in normal use:

1) The electric heating pipe and electric heater are designed in strict accordance with / t2379-93 standard.

2) The tolerance of rated voltage is 5% and the limit voltage is + 10%; the service life of heating tube will be greatly reduced and even the electric heating tube will break down if the voltage exceeds the limit;

3) The rated power is + 5% ～ - 10%, so the user should control the power supply voltage within 400V to improve the service life of the heating tube and prevent breakdown.
