Finned electric heating tube

Finned electric heating tube is a kind of heat energy which is converted from electric energy to heat the material to be heated. In the work, the low-temperature fluid medium enters its input port under the pressure through the pipe. Along the specific heat exchange channel inside the electric heating vessel, the path designed by using the principle of fluid thermodynamics takes away the high-temperature heat energy generated in the work of the electric heating element, so that the temperature of the heated medium rises, and the high-temperature medium required by the process is obtained at the outlet of the finned electric heating tube. The finned tubular electric heating element is wound with metal fins on the surface of ordinary elements. Compared with ordinary elements, the heat dissipation area is expanded by 2-3 times, that is, the surface power load allowed by finned elements is 3-4 times of that of ordinary elements. Because the length of the element is shortened, the heat loss is reduced. Under the same power condition, it has the advantages of fast heating, high thermal efficiency, long service life, small heating device volume and low cost. It can be installed in the blowing pipe or other static, flowing air heating occasions [4].

Flange electric heating pipe

Flange electric heating tube (also known as plug-in electric heater): it adopts U-shaped tubular electric heating element, which is assembled on the flange cover according to the design specifications of different heating media and the power configuration requirements.
